(More customer reviews)This cushion certainly makes the high chair more aesthetically pleasing but really doesn't add much more than that.The padding is a little on the thin side and doesn't seem to make the chair any more comfortable.The chair itself is comfortable enough without the padding.(I sat on a much larger version of this chair intended to give adults an idea of how a baby feels, and it was indeed quite comfortable.)While attaching the cushion is easy enough, it becomes a bit annoying when you have to thread the harness through properly.The clip that keeps the straps together in the back has to be removed on one side.It's not hard, but does create an annoyance.Just a note: When using this cushion with the baby rail, attach the top sides of the cushion to the baby rail (instead of the chair itself) to prevent it from bunching up.

Bottom line:I think this cushion is probably best used when you no longer need to use the harness and baby rail for your child.At $40 it's a bit pricey for what you get, but if you don't mind spending the money, it's a cute addition.

(More customer reviews)I bought this originally because I started Stroller Strides when our baby was 3-1/2 months old and didn't like his car seat when he was in the stroller.I thought this would help pad the Bob and help him fit better as well as keep him extra warm.It's pricey but it fits the stroller perfectly and now that it's summer I just turned it around.I can also put ice packs under the seat and it's thick enough that it will keep him cool but not cold.It's worth the investment to get this one made specifially for the Bob rather than a cheaper on that won't fit as well.Also helps pad the straps so they don't rub on a smaller baby.

Stokke Tripp Trapp High Chair - Trend Collection Review

(More customer reviews)I'd have given this chair 5 stars if it weren't so darned impossible to clean. We have a 6 month old, and this is his highchair. He's incredibly messy when he eats (that's how babies are at that age), and cleaning dried baby food off the wood chair isn't the easiest thing in the world to do, especially as excessive moisture will damage the wood.

What's worse is the safety strap that's built into the seat back. Cleaning the strap is extremely difficult. Want to remove the strap and wash it? Be prepapred to not only unscrew the harness attachment from the chair back, but you also have to disassemble the chair to slide the strap off.

Doing that every now and then I suppose would be ok, but after using the chair for just 3 week, the strap is vile and reeks. Having to clean it on a regular basis makes taking the chair apart a major headache.

I'd hold off on buying this chair for babies, wait until the kids are older.

If they would only make the cleaning aspect easier.... sigh.

Update, 1 year later. My son is now 18 months old, and the chair is much more age appropriate for him. Sure he's still messy, and the strap is kinda gross, but we no longer use the upper body straps, instead we just use the 3 point strap that goes around his legs and waist.It's nice bringing him to the table to eat with us, and as he's grown adjusting the chair has been easy to do.The poor strap design is still unacceptable in my opinion, but otherwise we're really happy we bought the chair now. Gonna change my rating from 3 to 4 stars. Again, for slightly older kids only. If we have a 2nd kid in the future, we wouldn't get a second chair until they're older.

(More customer reviews)I got this body support about a week ago and I love it! Not only that, my daughter loves it too. My favorite thing is that the strap covers are small enough for her straps. All the others that I saw were too big for her straps! It keeps her very cozy and she cuddles right into her seat now. Makes the rides in the car much more pleasant when they are comfortable. She is 2 months old now and I wish they had had it when she was born because I definately would have bought it. It is also reversible which I love but I have kept it on the soft side so far. I definately recommend it!

Stokke Tripp Trapp Baby Set Review

(More customer reviews)Okay, I was hesitant to buy this for our Tripp Trapp, but as we wanted to use it with our then-5 month old, we didn't have any choices as the old baby rail is discontinued and doesn't fit with the new model Tripp Trapps anyway.

We took the plunge. I have no idea what all the problems described in other reviews are about, because this set works great for us. We have no problems putting our 7 1/2 month old into this chair and baby rail set. We don't have any cushions installed because he makes a mess when he eats and would just get the cushions all dirty. But, we got a good deal and free cushions with the set so I just put them away for later. We don't usually use the seat belt presently because he likes sitting in the chair and doesn't try to escape. He just sits on top of the seat belt for now.

My son is about 27 inches tall and weighs at least 19 pounds. He's a very long and lean little guy. He sits up very well on his own now, but even before he was sitting well without help, he could sit in the Tripp Trapp with the baby rail and eat at the dinner table with us. The rail doesn't make him too far away from the table. In fact, I'm surprised at how far he can reach. We give him graham crackers to chew, and he can put them down on the table in front of him and pick them up as he likes.

We think he likes sitting here and eating so much better than when he had to sit on the floor in the bouncy seat to eat. Now, he's entertained sitting at our level during dinner. Thanks to the baby set which we added to the Tripp Trapp, he can do this at an earlier age. I do have to say that there is a potential for food to drip down between him and the baby rail when he leans back, but we use the Baby Bjorn bibs which have a great tray for catching food drips. Awesome combination, so our son stays mostly clean now when he eats.

UPDATE: My son is now 11 months old, weighs 21 lbs and is 28 inches tall. He still fits in the chair with the baby rail just fine and seems like he has plenty of room to grow. The chair with the rail scoots up to our table very well so he can reach for foods we put on the table in front of him for him to feed himself. I love how he can be right by us as we all eat, and not off to the side with a tray on the front of his high chair blocking him from pulling up to the family table.

(More customer reviews)My daughter has always been a horrible car seat rider.She hated even getting put into it for 5 minutes, and it didn't matter how fast we went, how loud we turned up the music/white noise, or what we did to try to make the trip better...it didn't work.
I had gotten one of those flimsy baby "head support systems" at my baby shower (the kind that looks like an upside down 'u' and has a thin cloth lining) and we were using that in her car seat when I was recommended SnugZee's by a trusted friend.
SnugZee's have made my life SO much better. The head support system is great for all ages.When you have a newborn it helps to keep their head from falling forward (a suffocation risk!) and as they age it keeps their head from flopping left to right.I feel more secure knowing that if I get into an accident, the soft, plushy pillows will prevent her head from being whacked around the hard car seat; which is something that the u-shaped "head support systems" would not be able to do.
I have bought many of these for baby showers and plan on investing in another one for our second car seat!
This product is a great investment and can really give you peace of mind about your child's safety, from birth into infant-hood!

Medela Nursing Stool Review

(More customer reviews)I purchased this stool 6 weeks into breastfeeding my son. I was having all sorts of trouble feeding him and lots of back pain. I was on the verge of giving up! I went to see a lactation consultant, and she had this stool in her office. Sitting in front of her with my feet up on the stool, I was able to feed him without trouble (she hardly had to "consult"). Once I had this stool at home, things started falling in place.
Additionally, this stool has proven useful just as a stool, so your investment will last far longer than during nursing. My mom likes to put her feet up on it when she's simply holding my son.
I also want to remark that Medela stands by their product. We discovered that one of the legs on the stool cracked (we think when someone tripped on it during a late-night feeding). I called Medela, and they replaced it immediately.

(More customer reviews)We bought the SnugZee for our son Sam who needed a little extra head support. His head often tended to slump forward and he just looked so uncomfortable! Not to mention the car seat straps always seemed to irritate his sensitive skin.

We found our solution in SnugZee. They delivered very quickly and the quality is AMAZING. We chose a from a huge array of fabrics and were very happy once they arrived in the mail.

We have a Safety 1st Air car seat and unfortunately, the car seat head cushions interfere with the SnugZee on this particular model.

HOWEVER! We were able to remove the nice puffy SnugZee cushions and we are now using the strap covers which I have to say, have been really great. They stop the car seat straps from rubbing into Sam's skin, which is uber-sensitive. Even though Sam's head tends to slump slightly (but better than TOTALLY!), we take great pride in having the car seat strap covers to use.

I cannot recommend this product enough!! This is great for newborns, babies and toddlers. I agree - happy baby equals happy mom! (and dad)

Summer Infant Cradler Review
