(More customer reviews)I like the product. It really helps a short person as myself from having the belt rub against my neck. My only negative is when I have to get in and out of the car a lot I either have to readjust the cushion on the belt so that the belt will retract, or I must let the belt hang with excess belt being caught in the door.
