It comes with enough pockets to keep things at bay for baby, such as snacks, and things in easy access for you such as coupons and the shopping list. Plus, it has a ton of hoop loops to attach toys to keep baby entertained. The padding is also extra soft so baby doesn't have to feel the hard, cold basket. It also folds up nice and comes with it's own shoulder strap.
The only downside to this is that the tag says "dryclean" only, and since it's so pretty I wouldn't attempt to wash it at home. The first day I used it my baby got a spot on it dirty and I cleaned it with a Tide pen and a washcloth. Still, though, I don't really like knowing that I can't wash it.
