(More customer reviews)I am a back sleeper and had trouble sleeping on my side.I still hate it, but this pillow made it impossible to roll over on my back.It is pretty comfortable and much better than a body pillow.Although for me it was much more of a training device than a comfort factor.The wedge does feel nice under my big belly.Getting up at night is not the easiest, but not too bad.I would recommend this to a pregnant woman needing help sleeping on her side completely.
