(More customer reviews)I ordered this in January and did not receive this "in stock" item until late March after much exchange with Amazon on my missing order.When the items arrived, the box said "happy pillow" but inside there was not a pillow, but only a pillow case?!?!I didn't pay $23 for a pillow case, I ordered a pillow AND the case...I would not order this until Amamzon figures out if a pillow actually ships with this...Also, this particular Amazon partner is poor at best.The in - stock items don't ship and their responsiveness is lacking.
